All Great Oak Farm apparel is made to order using our trusted print-on-demand partner, Teemill.
This approach reduces waste and helps us stay kind to the planet — but it also means your order takes a little longer to arrive.

Order Processing Time

Each garment is printed and packed within 2–5 working days of your order.
You’ll receive a dispatch email with tracking once it’s on its way.

Delivery Times

UK orders: usually arrive 3–5 working days after dispatch.
EU orders: typically 5–10 working days.
Rest of the world: allow 10–20 working days depending on customs and local couriers.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

Shipping Costs

Standard UK delivery for apparel is £4.50 (or free on orders over £50).
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Packaging & Sustainability
We use minimal, eco-friendly packaging wherever possible. Each item is shipped directly from our print partner’s fulfilment centre to reduce transport miles.

Multiple Shipments
If you order different items (for example, books and apparel), they may arrive separately — our books are sent directly from Great Oak Farm, while clothing is shipped by our print partner.

Customs & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer.
