Refund policy

Overview

We want you to love your purchase from Great Oak Farm.
If you’re not completely happy, we’re here to help.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging (where applicable)

  • Returned with proof of purchase or order confirmation

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Digital downloads or printables

  • Personalised or custom-made items (e.g. print-on-demand clothing made to order)

  • Gift cards

If your item is defective or damaged on arrival, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@greatoakfarm.co.uk with your order number and photos of the issue.


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item.
We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank.
    There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@greatoakfarm.co.uk.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@greatoakfarm.co.uk and we’ll provide return instructions.


Return Shipping

To return your product, please email us first at hello@greatoakfarm.co.uk.
We’ll confirm the return address and shipping instructions (some products may need to be returned directly to our print-on-demand partner).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if prepaid by us) will be deducted from your refund.
